Quartz Studio basically looks like a simple mixing console on which you can easily set volumes, pans, effects, and so on with a few mouse clicks.

You can attach an effect plug-in to each full track :  Reverb and Chorus... all processing in real-time.

Recording is quite simple. You just have to switch one or more tracks to "record-ready", hit the "record" button and the program will record the signal at the inputs of your soundcard between the previously defined left and right locator positions.

A genuine "spacialization" window also allows synchronized modification of volume and pan at once.

A waveform editing window allows viewing and editing of the track contents. Here you can place locators for loops or for punch In/Out recording as well as sound part selection for copy, cut, paste and erase functions.
